Confirm a plan of action, consent, and pay the planning fee and/or deposit (if required)
3. Delivery of initial proposal
Our team delivers an initial draft of the itinerary based around your requests and our expertise

4. Card authorization and availability checking
Send a secure credit card collection link while checking avaiability for the proposed unique experiences and venues.

5. Delivery of the final proposal
Our team delivers the final proposal
Final confirmation of the itinerary and it’s contents
6. Payment
Finalization of the quotation and send invoice. (invoices are subject to change pre/post payment depending on the cancellation polices of our suppliers in addition to any extra request from the client)
Confirm the provided quotation and make payment
7. Finalization of tour details
Our team shall provide you with a “Pre-Tour” e-document for your reference (Pre-Tour documents are subject to change due to potential last minute requests by the client)

ITINERARY AND QUOTATION

The following serves as a general reference for commonly included and excluded services. Specifics will be outlined in your quotation and discussed during your initial consultation.

Itinerary Inclusions
  • End-to-end trip planning and on-the-ground coordination before and during travel

  • Private guided experiences with expert, multilingual guides (English, Japanese, French, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, etc.)

  • Chauffeured vehicles for sightseeing and transfers, appropriate to group size and travel style

  • Domestic transportation as specified (e.g. shinkansen, regional flights, ferries)

  • Luggage transfer between cities (same-day or next-day service, based on itinerary and request)

  • Entry fees for scheduled sites, experiences, and cultural activities included in your itinerary

  • Meal arrangements as indicated (e.g. lunch, dinner, tasting menus, reservations at select restaurants)

  • Curated experiences: artisan visits, private gardens, local workshops, cultural performances, and more (as requested)

  • VIP airport meet-and-greet and porter services (if applicable)

  • Basic bottled water during transfers and excursions

  • Dedicated support from your travel coordinator throughout your journey

  • International airfare

  • Visa applications or related travel documentation

  • Travel insurance of any kind

  • Arrival or departure transfers outside the agreed schedule

  • Meals, activities, or transportation not listed in your finalized itinerary

  • Luggage transfers not pre-requested or exceeding the standard allowance

  • Porterage at airports or train stations (unless specified)

  • Gratuities for guides, assistants, and drivers (unless pre-included)

  • Costs resulting from itinerary changes requested during the trip

  • Personal expenses such as shopping, phone usage, or incidental purchases (unless pre-included)

  • Any bookings or services arranged independently by the traveler
